Future Regent Lane Townhome residents and yogis or curious yogis will have a local monthly class every first Saturday of the month.  The Museum of Fine Arts holds the class to help mind, body, soul, flexibility, strength, coordination and concentration.

Family Yoga
Every first Saturday of the month at 10 am, the MFA hosts a yoga class designed for the entire family-kids*, moms, dads, & grandparents! We all know that yoga is good for you! Practicing yoga along with your family & children creates a special bond. Yoga can also enhance flexibility, strength, coordination, & concentration.

Please bring a towel or yoga mat
